The Story

Creative Soul Market was an idea brought to life by founders David and Anna—an in-person marketplace designed to give independent artisans a space to sell their work and connect with conscious shoppers.
 

As a brand-new venture, they were starting from scratch. There was no existing website, no previous events to build on, and no internal marketing team—just a clear vision and a strong sense of purpose. What they needed was a digital presence that would support their launch and help them speak to two distinct audiences: the stallholders who would be applying to take part, and the shoppers they hoped to attract.
 

They came to Virtually On with a tight startup budget and a long list of needs. The challenge was to build a site that felt thoughtful and credible, without unnecessary features or costs. We worked closely with David and Anna to create a structure that balanced both sides of the marketplace:
 

  • For stallholders: clear guidance on how to apply, what to expect, and how the process works

  • For shoppers: engaging, accessible information about upcoming events and the kind of makers they could expect to find
     

The final site was built on a Google Sites that allowed David and Anna to stay hands-on with updates while keeping their running costs low with their free hosting—perfect for a first-time launch with room to grow.
